By bridging the gap between professional care and family support, we have created a model that is both compassionate and sustainable. We are dedicated to fostering a community where every individual can lead a life of dignity, purpose, and true independence.
Meet the Team
Nicole M. Brown
Nicole is the founder and director of My Village LLC, dedicated to helping families turn their natural support systems into paid, sustainable care. She has worked with the ID/DD population since she was a teenager, with a background in direct care, management, support coordination, and intensive case management. Nicole holds an A.A. in Social Science from Warren County Community College and a B.A. psychology from Thomas Edison State University, and she is currently working toward her M.S. in Clinical Psychology.
Donald Gerstenberg, CFO
Donald Gerstenberg serves as Chief Financial Officer of My Village LLC. He graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and a minor in International Relations. Donald also earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, bringing a strong blend of strategic, financial, and operational expertise to our team.
